Issues In Europe summative assessment (In place of a test.)

Due Thursday, 10/23 (You will have 30 minutes to finalize and print if needed on Thursday)
The time constraint is part of the assessment. You need to be able to pull the information together and write an essay in a reasonable amount of time. This is the most significant assignment that we have done so far this year.

Pick one issue in either one country in Europe or that effects all of Europe and write a 5 paragraph expository (explain) essay on the issue. You should have an introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion. Conclude your essay w/a personal response/comment on the issue.

You must have a works cited w/your essay.

Environment
Social/Cultural
Politics
Economics

edition.cnn.com/EUROPE/

If an issue does not come to mind that you are interested in then look up the phrase “_______ issues in Europe” replace the blank w/political, economic, social, environmental etc. You can replace Europe w/the country of your choice.
